✦ Guided by registered dietitians

Eat well by looking at your plate, not the numbers.

My Mindful Plate turns your dietitian's plan into something you can see: beautiful, balanced plates built from real foods — half vegetables, a quarter protein, a quarter whole carbs. Log a meal in one tap and get gentle, judgment-free feedback.

Every food in our library is verified against USDA FoodData Central — no made-up nutrition numbers, ever.

How it works

From your dietitian's plan to tonight's dinner in three steps

No spreadsheets, no weighing every gram. Just plates that make sense.

STEP 1

Your plan, personalized

Your registered dietitian sets your targets and any condition-specific needs — diabetes, blood pressure, kidney health, celiac and more. Going solo? Answer a few questions and start with evidence-based defaults.

STEP 2

Build your plate visually

Drag real foods onto a plate and watch the proportions come to life. Salmon, lentils, saffron rice, roasted broccoli — a library of everyday and global foods, each verified against USDA data.

STEP 3

Gentle, honest feedback

Log with one tap. Instead of red numbers and streaks, you'll see friendly tolerance zones — "right on track", "a little light on veggies" — that guide without shaming.

Our approach

Food peace, not food math

We built My Mindful Plate around what dietitians actually teach — and deliberately left out what causes anxiety.

No calorie budgets on screen

Each meal simply shows what it is — its energy and macros in plain terms, with soft context like "dinner is typically about a third of your day." No countdown bars, no going "over."

Zones, not scores

Nutrition isn't pass/fail. Feedback comes in tolerance zones with honest ranges, because a plate can be wonderful without being exact.

Warnings that respect you

Condition limits nudge, they don't block — you stay in charge. The only hard filters are the ones that protect you: allergens, and gluten for celiac disease.

Real data only

Every nutrition number traces back to USDA FoodData Central. Our AI helps you name and log meals — it never invents nutrition facts.

Your expertise, amplified between sessions

My Mindful Plate is designed to extend your care — not replace it. See how clients actually eat, adjust plans remotely, and keep them motivated between appointments.

Client dashboard

Adherence at a glance across your whole caseload — plates logged, zones over time, and gentle flags when someone drifts, so you can reach out at the right moment.

Clinical-grade targets

Set macro targets, sodium and potassium limits, fiber minimums and condition profiles per client — DASH, renal, low-FODMAP and more — with sensible defaults you can override.

Annotations & nudges

Leave a note on any logged plate, celebrate wins, and send encouragement — your voice shows up right where clients make decisions.
